It features a double bedroom with the option of an extra bed and a spacious living room – split into a sleeping area (up to 4 beds) and a lounge area with a lake view, a small balcony and a wood-burning stove. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Skis can be stored in the spacious entrance hall. In the summer months, seating is available in the adjoining garden.

A local tourist tax applies in addition to the accommodation price, as set by the municipal ordinance.
